Artbet Game Rules

Subject to these Official Rules, the Game is open to individual persons who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. To be eligible to receive a Prize (as defined below), the information associated with the entrant’s account must be true and accurate. The information associated with the entrant’s account must identify the actual entrant into the Game. In order to facilitate the delivery of a Prize (as defined below), Artbet may attempt to contact the winner using the phone number provided during account registration. If Artbet cannot get in contact with the winner using that phone number, the winner may forfeit his/her Prize. Any person that enters into a Quiz that he/she is not eligible to enter may not win a Prize (as defined below) in that Quiz.

ArtBet reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility before, during, or after the Game.

Sponsor will announce Quizzes through the App from time to time. The announcement will indicate the type of Quiz that Sponsor is offering. Quizzes include live trivia Quiz related games in the space of Luxury Auction houses covering categories ranging from Contemporary Art, Modern Art, Photography, Jewellery, Watches and Cars.

No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in a Quiz. Enter a Quiz by completing each of the following steps:

1. Download or open the Artbet Application downloaded through the Apple Store or Google Play store on your mobile device, and either (a) if you already have an Artbet account, log into your existing Artbet account, or (b) if you do not already have a Artbet account, sign up for an Artbet account with a verified phone number.
2. Click “Tap your chance to win.” to complete the Quiz. You will receive a notification when the live auction begins to see your score in real time. In each Quiz, you will have 5 seconds to answer each question. You have a series of multiple choice questions and closest to the hammer price questions. You only know if your answer is right on the day of the actual auction once it goes live. 
3. Play at least one Artbet Quiz for your chance to win.

By downloading Artbet, you agree that any information provided by you or collected by Sponsor in connection with the Quiz may be used by Sponsor in accordance with Artbet’s Privacy Policy and Artbet’s Terms of Use, and may be shared with Sponsor’s affiliated business entities. All information submitted to the ArtBet Application becomes the property of Sponsor.

An entrant participating in a Quiz who has purchased an extra credit (“Extra Credit”) may use that Extra Credit to skip a question during the Quiz. Each entrant can only use one Extra Credit per Quiz. Extra Credit nor any other purchase or payment are required to participate in the Quiz. 

The winners of each Contest, upon completion of all verifications and obligation requirements described in these Official Rules, will receive a prize, determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the “Prize”). Sponsor will distribute prizes according to the rules for the specific Quiz entered and players will split Prizes according to those rules (as explained below). You may view the total of all accrued Prizes you have won through your Artbet account. 

The Quiz will be conducted under the Sponsor’s supervision. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Quiz. The winner will be notified in the ArtBet Application or by email; provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate method of notification.
